Dedicated to cultivating a nurturing and inclusive yoga environment, I am passionate about providing students with a safe space to explore their practice in a personal and meaningful way. As a committed yoga instructor, I integrate pranayama (breathwork) and guided meditation into my teaching to support mindfulness, emotional regulation, and overall wellbeing.

Currently completing my Master’s in Counselling Psychology, I bring a trauma-informed and client-centred lens to my work. This allows me to create classes that prioritize safety, choice, and nervous system awareness, while remaining inclusive of diverse experiences and needs.

My approach is deeply sensory and holistic. I aim to enhance each student’s experience by engaging all of the senses through the integration of breathwork, meditation, sound healing, music, and aromatherapy, alongside intentional asana practice. I teach a diverse range of styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, and Restorative yoga, with adaptations to support students of varying abilities, ages, and experience levels.

I also have experience teaching family yoga, kids yoga, and dance-based yoga, creating engaging and accessible classes that encourage movement, creativity, and connection across all age groups. In addition, I offer Aqua Yoga, providing supportive and low-impact movement practices in aquatic environments, as well as one-on-one sessions that incorporate pranayama, meditation, and sound healing for a more personalized approach to wellbeing.

Beyond the mat, I believe that compassion, connection, and laughter are essential elements for growth and transformation, and I strive to create a space where students feel both supported and empowered in their yoga journey.
