I live in the mountains of Colorado.  I love to get outside and enjoy all four seasons to connect with nature.

I am a 'Do-It-Yourself' Diva. There's not much I won't try to do myself.  I, however,  pretty much have to do everything twice and sometimes I sit down and have a good cry when my project goes wrong. I guess it's my way of not stressing the small stuff!

I practice yoga poses over and over and also sometimes sit down and have a good cry as stuff bubbles up.   So between my DIY projects and my yoga, I have learned patience, to let things go, and have learned to live in the moment.  That doesn't mean I live life with abandon, it means I choose to be present and show up for today.

I am a Certified Yoga Therapist, experienced yoga teacher with over 1500 teaching hours, Urban Zen Integrative Therapistᵀᴹ and a certified y4c (yoga 4 cancer) teacher. My classes are creative, playful and sometimes inspired by my current DIY project. Yoga is a lot like life, and life is a lot like yoga; both requiring balance, mindful breathing and sweat equity.
