During my freshman year of college, I stepped into my first yoga class. With a background in ballet and Pilates, I saw yoga as a means to maintain flexibility and aid in quieting my busy mind. Little did I know that this initial encounter would mark the beginning of a life-long journey, one that has lead me to share yoga's remarkable benefits with others.

After many years in a corporate career, I made the decision to leave my corporate job, deepen my spiritual quest and undertake a 200-hour yoga teacher training. Under the guidance of world-renowned instructors at the Yandara Yoga School in Baja, Mexico, I completed my RYT qualification as well as my Level 1 Reiki certification.

Having resided in many cities across the US and traveling extensively through Europe, Asia, and South America, I have been fortunate to study under a diverse array of instructors and explore numerous yoga styles. I've always found my deepest connection with the slower pace of Hatha yoga, as well as the meditative spirituality of Yin and Restorative practices.

My goal is to make the profound benefits of regular yoga practice accessible to people from all walks of life, regardless of body type, experience level, or general fitness. Through my teachings, I aspire to help individuals experience the transformative power of yoga by fostering more well-being, harmony and peace in their lives.
