I am a yoga enthusiast who has been practicing for over 8 years. Following an inspirational and transformative experience at a yoga retreat, I obtained my teaching credential for vinyasa yoga. I want to share my love of yoga with others, including the many mental and physical benefits, and help them transform their lives. I also personally am growing in my personal practice and understanding of yoga philosophy and am currently teach vinyasa style yoga at my work gym. I have crafted unique vinyasa style flow sequences, featuring peak poses and focus muscle groups. I provide descriptive verbal cues, demonstration and physical assistance to students to guide them into the poses.
