Tracy Callahan

Tracy fell in love with group exercise in college and hasn’t stopped moving since. She is passionate about helping people lead healthier lives and never teaches the same class twice.

She holds an ACE certification in Group Exercise as well as specialty certifications in the Bender Barre Method, P90X, Team Training and Active Aging Adults. She currently teaches over 15 classes a week at gyms, community centers, luxurious high rise apartment buildings and parks all over Boston.

“Exercise comes in so many formats and I encourage people to mix it up and find the things they love. I thrive off the energy in Group X and think that being accountable to an exercise community is the best thing you can do to stay committed.”

Outside of teaching and coaching, Tracy enjoys weightlifting, biking, reading, traveling and spending time by the ocean in Maine. She serves on the race committees for 2 charitable 5K’s in the Boston area.
