With a B.S. in Exercise Kinesiology from UMass Amherst and certifications as a Personal Trainer, Women’s Fitness Specialist, and Senior Fitness Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Anel has dedicated his career to the health and fitness industry. His expertise includes total body transformations, weight management, injury prevention, and functional training.

Anel founded NOUFLEX LLC to innovate and offer customized training plans that integrate effective exercise regimes with dietary guidance. He is passionate about helping individuals achieve more with less, a reflection of his commitment to increasing physical activity levels among the U.S. population.
