Jessica’s passion for movement began at an early age through basketball, horseback riding, and synchronized swimming. In 2009, she discovered group fitness and was immediately drawn to the way movement energized both her body and mind. Inspired by the power of fitness to transform how people feel, Jessica pursued her first fitness certification in 2013 with the goal of motivating and empowering others.
With over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry, Jessica is a certified Personal Training Specialist, Schwinn Indoor Cycling Instructor, Mat Pilates Instructor, and Water Aerobics Instructor, and is currently working toward her yoga certification. An accomplished endurance athlete, she has competed in numerous road races, including six half marathons and a triathlon.
Jessica has been an instructor and dedicated member at Infrared Fitness in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island since 2017. With thousands of classes under her belt—as both a teacher and a student—she brings depth, versatility, and authenticity to every session. Trained by an Olympic gold medalist in the principles of athletic training, strength, conditioning, and mobility, Jessica has transformed her own body and gained invaluable experience that she now shares with her clients. She is proud to now be a business partner at Infrared Fitness.
Jessica believes that physical activity is the foundation of longevity, building the confidence, resilience, and strength needed to meet life’s challenges. Known for her infectious energy, she inspires students in group classes such as Athletica, Lift, Hot Athletica, Hot Strength, Hot Pilates, and Athletica Spin.
Outside the studio, Jessica loves staying active through running, swimming, hiking, cycling, yoga, paddleboarding, horseback riding, and golf. When she’s not moving, she enjoys thrifting, gardening, home décor, and fashion.
