Intrigued and humbled, I began practicing regularly and soon found myself researching anything and everything about yoga in my spare time. I felt like I was finally happy being who I am and so grateful that yoga found me.

When I’m not teaching yoga, you can find me outdoors with my husband and two kids every chance I get!
