I'm a yoga teacher residing in Austin, TX. I specialize in mindfulness based stress reduction and use yoga to help alleviate stress and anxiety. I have been practicing Mindfulness Based Stress reduction (MBSR) for 10 years and practicing yoga my whole life. I grew up I India and learnt Yoga from a true Iyengar teacher in Mysore, India. I hold a 200 hr YTT certification and also hold a certification for sound healing. I have a passion for teaching Yoga to athletes. We focus on dynamic and deep stretching to help the muscles relax and reset. This promotes mobility, stability and helps the muscles heal faster after sports.
