I believe we can transcend our weaknesses and turn them into strengths as we help others who
are suffering.
I incorporate mindfulness, deep breathing, and relaxation in my own practice to manage stress and anxiety,
and improve psychological functioning. I strive for "peace in the moment" and practicing yoga,
breathing, and meditation over the past few years has helped me develop tools to do that. I love
sharing the benefits of yoga with others.
