I am a 40-something wife and mother of two. I am a Business Planning Advisor by day and POUND® Instructor by night!
I am a strong advocate of exercise as medicine. I understand just how important moving and exercise can be in one’s life to help decrease stress, tension and anxiety and increase endorphins - the happiness hormones.
Ultimately my goal is to increase the level of happiness in people by helping them move their bodies – either for fitness gains or whatever health and well-being goals they may have.
