With 10 years of dedicated practice and 8 years of teaching experience,  I am deeply committed to using yoga as a powerful tool for mental well-being. My approach integrates mindful movement, breathwork, and self-awareness, helping students connect with their bodies, calm their minds, and build resilience in the face of life’s challenges.

 

As a certified instructor, I specialize in supporting individuals moving through a physical practice just as much as a mental or emotional practice. Through my classes, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where mental health and emotional healing are as prioritized as physical strength.
