Hi, I’m Tanya Mole, a passionate yoga instructor with a deep love for sharing the transformative power of yoga and meditation. My teaching journey has taken me across the globe, from the serene shores of Hawaii to vibrant communities in the UK, where I currently lead regular classes.
I hold certifications in a variety of yoga styles, including:
- LYT Method Level 1 YTT 200 hours, LYT Yoga, USA, 2020
- Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha YTT 200 hours, Turiya Yoga, India, 2017
- Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Course, India, 2017

Drawing on my diverse training and experience, I design yoga and meditation classes that cater to all levels, blending strength, mindfulness through meditation, and relaxation. My goal is to create a welcoming space where students can reconnect with themselves and leave feeling refreshed and inspired.
I’m thrilled to bring my expertise to FitBodies, Inc. and look forward to guiding guests at holiday resorts on their journey to well-being and inner peace.
