Hi, I’m Tanya Mole, a passionate yoga instructor with a deep love for sharing the transformative power of yoga and meditation. My teaching journey has taken me across the globe, from the serene shores of Hawaii to vibrant communities in the UK, where I currently lead regular classes.
Drawing on my diverse training and experience, I design yoga and meditation classes that cater to all levels, blending strength, mindfulness through meditation, and relaxation. My goal is to create a welcoming space where students can reconnect with themselves and leave feeling refreshed and inspired.
I’m thrilled to bring my expertise to FitBodies, Inc. and look forward to guiding guests at holiday resorts on their journey to well-being and inner peace.
Passionate and experienced yoga and Pilates instructor with over a decade of international teaching experience in Hawaii, India, and the UK. I blend yoga, meditation, restorative practices, and Pilates to create transformative guest experiences. Currently completing the Fit Bodies Certified Retreat Leader Certification and Everybody Pilates certification in Classical Mat, Reformer, and Tower Pilates, expanding into retreat and wellness program design.
Alongside my wellness career, I bring seven years of experience at British Airways in premium hospitality, service delivery, and operational excellence. My experience in delivering world-class customer experiences, combined with wellness expertise, uniquely equips me to contribute to Fit Bodies’ Retreat Development, and Teaching Vacation model, including staff upskilling and co-creation of new retreat offerings.
