I am a dedicated teacher who in a high school teaching teenagers and adults with intellectual disabilities. Several years ago, I obtained my yoga certification with the aim of integrating the benefits of yoga and mindfulness into my educational approach. What began as a personal endeavor evolved into a profound passion, leading me to teach yoga three evenings per week. I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to share my love for yoga with others. My teaching experience encompasses various styles, including chair yoga, restorative yoga, flow yoga, and yin yoga, allowing me to effectively address the diverse needs of my students.
