Laci Carlson Jamison

I Can't wait to meet you!

Hey y’all! I’m Laci, your go-to yoga instructor with a big personality and a heart full of love for my practice (and my students). For me, yoga is more than just movement—it's about nurturing the body, mind, and spirit. I believe in living a balanced life: sipping hot tea, enjoying nourishing food, and making feel-good choices that support wellness from the inside out.

I discovered yoga over 10 years ago, but it wasn’t until the past few years that I decided to dive deeper and become a certified instructor. Now, I’m here to guide you through a flow that feels as good for the soul as it does for the body. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned practitioner, my goal is to create a safe, calming space where you can find inner peace, strengthen your practice, and leave feeling rejuvenated.

My Teaching Style:

Expect the unexpected in my classes. I specialize in creative flows that keep you on your toes, all while making sure every level of yogi feels comfortable and included. Whether it’s tea, oracle cards, journaling, or breathwork, I bring a cozy, calming atmosphere that’s more like a mini retreat than just a workout. My personality? It’s extra—and I love bringing that energy into each class. You’ll never know exactly what’s coming, but you can count on an experience that leaves you feeling refreshed and connected.

"From the fiery flows of Vinyasa to the deep stillness of Yin and Restorative, I teach a wide range of yoga styles—including Hatha, Yoga Sculpt, and Hot Yoga—but my practice goes beyond those offerings. Yoga is limitless, and so is my teaching!"

“I’m a proud mama to two amazing kiddos—one teenager and one almost-teenager—who are my world! They keep me on my toes but also remind me every day to live with love, laughter, and a whole lot of energy. I’ve lived in Toccoa, GA my whole life—except for two years when I just had to experience life in Brookhaven, Atlanta! But Toccoa called me back. I stay close to my sisters, who are not only family but also my best friends. Though I’ve lost both of my parents, I hold every moment I shared with them close to my heart. They always believed in me, and thanks to them, I’ve learned to bring my 'crazy' visions to life. I’m beyond grateful for my sisters and the incredible, tight-knit community that’s been there every step of the way—including supporting me through my yoga journey.”

Before and after class, I love to connect with my students—whether you just need someone to chat with, share what’s going on in your life, or ask about modifications, I’m here for it all. My goal is to make yoga a space where you can feel supported, challenged, and, above all, yourself.
