Annette has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for the last six. Her journey is ongoing—rooted in daily personal practice and a passion for learning that she brings into every class. Annette is an E-RYT 200, RYT 500, and RCYT-certified instructor, and her classes are known for their welcoming, light-hearted atmosphere.
Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or have years of experience, Annette creates an inclusive space that meets students where they are while still offering opportunities to grow and be challenged. She truly believes yoga is for every body—and every age—and has taught students ranging from 5 to 95.
Annette brings variety and creativity to her teaching, drawing from styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Body Sculpt, Restorative, Chair Yoga, and Kids Yoga. Her goal is always the same: to help students enjoy themselves, stay curious, and have fun on the mat.
Outside of yoga, Annette enjoys group fitness classes, hiking, gardening, reading, and spending time with her husband, Jason, and their three grown sons.
