- Certified YTT200 yoga teacher
- Certified Tai Chi instructor
- OCB Bodybuilding Pro Card
- Certified Krav Maga teacher
- Certified water aerobics instructor
- Strength & cardio boot camp instructor (indoor and outdoor)
- Pickleball instructor (not yet certified, but has taught many hours)
- Mat Pilates instructor (not yet certified, but has taught many hours)
- Women’s self-defense teacher
- 11 completed marathons
- Semi-pro baseball
- YMCA Children’s Coach of the Year award
