Phil is a lifelong athlete who is passionate about fitness, longevity, and helping others. His 50+ years of sports experience include:

  • NASM certified personal trainer
  • Certified YTT200 yoga teacher
  • Certified Tai Chi instructor
  • OCB Bodybuilding Pro Card
  • Certified Krav Maga teacher
  • Certified water aerobics instructor
  • Strength & cardio boot camp instructor (indoor and outdoor)
  • Pickleball instructor (not yet certified, but has taught many hours)
  • Mat Pilates instructor (not yet certified, but has taught many hours)
  • Women’s self-defense teacher
  • 11 completed marathons
  • Semi-pro baseball
  • YMCA Children’s Coach of the Year award
