For over two decades, yoga has been her anchor, a practice that helps her navigate life’s stresses while nurturing a deep connection between body and mind. Passionate about holistic health, she relies on integrative medicine for prevention and overall well-being. Her ongoing studies in Ayurveda are a reflection of her commitment to enhancing her somatic approach and deepening her understanding of the body’s natural rhythms.
In 2021, during the challenging times of the COVID pandemic, she began offering online yoga sessions to friends, family, and her personal network. This virtual practice became a way to stay connected and share the healing benefits of yoga in a time of uncertainty. After the pandemic, she transitioned to in-person teaching, focusing on private and semi-private sessions, where she could offer more personalized guidance and foster deeper connections with her students.
Driven by her desire to enrich both her personal practice and share her love for yoga with others in different Yoga Studios, Marie-Piere immersed herself in an intensive and transformative 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Isla Mujeres, Mexico.
With over 15 years of dance experience, she brings a fluidity and rhythm to her Vinyasa Flow classes, while also embracing the quiet, restorative energy of Yin yoga. Always focused on well-being, she weaves the healing power of aromatherapy into both her daily life and her yoga sessions. Marie-Piere is dedicated to creating thoughtful, themed practices that nurture balance — whether it's harmonizing the Chakras, stimulating the Nadis, or soothing the nervous system.
