I’ve been teaching for Fitbodiesinc since 2005 and have traveled to 40-50 different locations over the years teaching group fitness, SPIN cycle, and recently teaching yoga since 2015.
I enjoy teaching many varieties of yoga to resort guests including a morning vinyasa to YIN practice and an evening meditation to slow flow and YIN in the evenings.
I’ve also been teaching SUP yoga since moving to Florida in 2021. Stand Up Paddlebaord Yoga focuses on breath and meditation while gently flowing into various yoga postures that lend themselves to core and balance work.
In addition to my teaching practice with Fitbodiesinc I have taught Vinyasa Yoga to our community in Florida with Total Health Systems. My classes consist primarily of Vinyasa flow and YIN classes.
