Sarah Cranny

Sarah Cranny has been a dedicated group fitness and yoga instructor for more than two decades, teaching with Fit Bodies, Inc. since 2005. Over the years, she has traveled to 40–50 different destinations, sharing her expertise in yoga, SPIN cycle, and group fitness with a wide range of communities. Her teaching journey began in Minnesota, where she spent many years leading SPIN and yoga classes at Lifetime Fitness before expanding her practice into multiple formats, including Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Warrior Sculpt, and indoor cycling.

In 2015, Sarah completed her 200-hour LifePower Yoga teacher training through Lifetime Fitness, a 16-week Ashtanga Vinyasa–based program. She later earned her Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga certification in 2021 with SeaDog SUP Nation, allowing her to bring her love of the water into her yoga teaching after relocating to Florida. She has been a member of Yoga Alliance since 2015 and previously taught as a Schwinn-certified cycle instructor for more than 15 years.

Today, Sarah teaches with Total Health Systems in Naples, Florida, where she leads weekly Vinyasa Flow and Yin yoga classes. She also specializes in SUP Yoga, blending breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement with balance and core strength training on the water. Her teaching emphasizes a fluid connection between Vinyasa and Yin practices, offering students a nourishing experience for both body and soul.
