Hi, I’m Natalie, a yoga teacher with over 5 years’ experience of teaching yoga with the last 3 years owning my own Yoga and Fitness studio. I have created a thriving yoga and fitness community in which I bring both professionalism and warmth. I’m confident leading a variety of group classes, welcoming guests of all levels, and can adapt to a range of settings that require a balance of structure, space, and sensitivity.
