I am a passionate Yoga and Pilates teacher guided by a deep commitment to healthy movement, nutrition, learning, and human connection.
My path to teaching grew from lived experience. After years in demanding engineering leadership roles, I experienced firsthand how chronic stress and prolonged sitting can affect both body and mind. I came to understand that sporadic, intense workouts were not enough; what truly creates change is consistent, mindful movement woven into daily life.
Over the past several years, I have immersed myself in the study of Yoga, Pilates, and meditation. Teaching became a natural extension of my personal practice. At my local karate studio, I work with diverse groups—supporting energetic young students as well as older adults building strength, balance, and mobility. In my own studio, Quiet Path Yoga, I offer gentle yet purposeful sessions that help individuals cultivate body awareness and sustainable strength. My intention is to create a supportive space where movement feels accessible, empowering, and deeply restorative.
