I’m a 200-hour certified yoga teacher based in Montana. I offer yoga classes both online and in person, specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. My intention is to create a supportive and welcoming space where students can move, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
Yoga first entered my life as a way to find balance in the middle of daily responsibilities, and it quickly became so much more. As a mom, I understand how important it is to carve out moments for yourself, and I bring that perspective into every class I teach.
My approach is grounded in accessibility and connection. Instead of focusing on “perfect poses,” I encourage students to honor their bodies, explore movement with curiosity, and find joy in their practice exactly as they are today.
In my classes, I invite students to move with intention, breathe with awareness, and experience the calm that comes when strength and stillness meet. My hope is that you leave each class feeling more balanced, empowered, and connected—on and off the mat.
