Lyndsey Maldonado is a Montana-based yoga teacher who has been teaching since 2024. She offers weekly classes both online and in person, guiding students through Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and Pranayama practices designed to support strength, balance, and mindful movement.
She holds a 250-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, completed through the Online Yoga School and Yoga & Ayurveda Center, a program recognized by Yoga Alliance. Her teaching style blends traditional foundations with a modern, accessible approach that meets students where they are.
Yoga first entered her life as a way to find balance amid daily responsibilities, and over time it became a powerful tool for self-care, resilience, and connection. As a mother, she understands the challenge of prioritizing personal well-being and brings that perspective into every class she teaches, encouraging students to carve out space for themselves without pressure or perfection.
What drives her passion for health and fitness is the belief that movement should feel supportive, empowering, and sustainable. Rather than striving for “perfect” poses, she emphasizes breath awareness, intentional movement, and listening to the body. Her goal is for students to leave each class feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected, both on and off the mat.
