Kristina Tucker LPC, 500-RYT
Kristina is a trauma-conscious yoga instructor who has trained Five Points Yoga and Pilates, The Trauma Conscious Yoga Institute, and YogaFaith. Her yoga classes incorporate a blend of strengthening, stretching, spirituality, breath work, and a deep awareness of how our body holds and processes trauma. Kristina started practicing yoga in college and it became a cornerstone of her own spiritual and emotional wellness. She works as a private practice trauma therapist and deeply knows the value of both “doing the work” emotionally in therapy and allowing our body to”do the work” on the yoga mat through movement.
