As a group fitness instructor since 1999, I have taught in a variety of settings, age groups, ability levels, and class formats such as traditional facilities, university campuses, public schools, destination resorts, and weight loss/fitness camps. I hold certifications in Group Exercise, Spinning, Pilates, and Kickboxing.  My advanced formats including the following: kickboxing, boot camp, spinning, body sculpting, step, cardio interval, water aerobics, and mat Pilates. I hold a B.S. in Health and Physical Education and additionally have completed 52 graduate level credits in Health and Fitness/Nutrition.  To be able to blend travel and fitness together is an amazing opportunity that I have thoroughly enjoyed through the years.
