I have always been involved in fitness for 20 years. I have memberships and have instucted at several gyms. When I am not teaching I enjoy running, pilates, yoga, step aerobics, muscle pump and boot camp classes. I consider my specialty to be muscle pump and abdominal class instruction. I run 5 and 10K races and also enjoy bicycling. I enjoy the water as well. Teaching private swimming lessons and group water classes.
