To Be Fit Personal Training and Fitness began business in June 1998 and was
founded with one strong principle in mind, getting results. That principle
has been the foundation cornerstone. Clients whom have used To Be Fit
achieve their desired goals with hard work and dedication either through
Personal Training or Boot Camp classes.
To Be Fit also specializes in sports conditioning. The primary goal is to
educate and instruct today’s athlete to excel in his or her sport while
learning how to prevent serious injuries. Through proper instruction, To Be
Fit has helped clients not only compete but win their individual heats at
the Penn Relays in Philadelphia Pa.
