 I have 17 years experience within the fitness industry with martial arts being a specialism. I compete and coach on the Amateur Martial Association National Karate Squad both in Kumite and Kata. Within my association i assess other instructors in order for them to gain their teaching qualification. One of my latest and proudest moments was gaining a bronze Kumite medal in the Commonwealth Karate Championships in Scotland 2008.

My coaching experience includes the following; Karate Kickboxing Circuit Training Boxercise Gym PT Spin (Studio Cycling) Core Stability other skills include Sports Massage Therapy.
