 Her experience includes

  • International Presenter (Canada, USA, Europe, Asia)
  • Exercise testing both with high performance athletes, general populations as well as cardiac rehabilitation.
  • Spokes person for Rockport Walking shoes 
  • part of a research team for childrens fitness for York Region, part of Toronto School Boards.
  • she has produced or starred in over 99 Educational DVD’s/video’s for both land and water modalities.
  • co-authored 24 instructor training manuals.

All programs will provide a full  balanced program so that individuals may workout at  their personal best.
