Her experience includes
- International Presenter (Canada, USA, Europe, Asia)
- Exercise testing both with high performance athletes, general populations as well as cardiac rehabilitation.
- Spokes person for Rockport Walking shoes
- part of a research team for childrens fitness for York Region, part of Toronto School Boards.
- she has produced or starred in over 99 Educational DVD’s/video’s for both land and water modalities.
- co-authored 24 instructor training manuals.
