Stephen Ross

I grew up in sunny South Florida participating in several sports. 

I began teaching group fitness classse during university at the Florida State University. I have taught numerous formats, and currently teach at the Sport and Health Clubs in the Greater Washington metro area. I am also a certified personal trainer and Licensed massage therapist .

I practice Thai Yoga, Swedish and Deep Tissue massage.  

I enjoy swimming and biking and completed Lake Placid Ironman, as well as many other triathlons. 

I reside in Miami Beach Florida.
