Stephen Ross

I grew up in sunny South Florida participating in several sports. 

I began teaching group fitness classse during university at the Florida State University. I have taught numerous formats. 

I am also a certified personal trainer and Licensed massage therapist. I practice Thai Yoga, Swedish and Deep Tissue massage.  

I enjoy swimming and biking and completed Lake Placid Ironman, as well as many other triathlons.  

I am training for a 10K swim in Winter of 2025

I reside in Miami Beach Florida.
