Born in Canada and now living in the USA. I Studied Ballet at the Canadian National Ballet of Canada, in my teens, got interested in Continuing Fitness as an adult. Moved to the United States to become an Educator with a MS in Art Education, and to develop my skills as a Group Fitness Professional. See data above as to my present activities.
