My speciality is teaching group and private water aerobics and swimming lessons. My participants love my enthusiasm and expertise. I love to teach low sweat stretch, tone, and get back to work classes. I teach a fun and well balanced class. I have worked with college level athletes as well as elderly people. I especially love to see people improve their strength, flexibility and their faith in their physical abilities. I love to teach spinning as well and prefer the endurance and interval classes. I also have developed an exciting, beneficial, easy to travel class with rubber band resistance.
