I am currently certified through the American Council on Exercise in Group Fitness and YogaFit 500RYT certified through Yoga Alliance. I also teach PiYo, the new pilates/yoga blended workout, which has all components of flexibility, cardio, strength and balance involved. I enjoy teaching all formats of exercise; body sculpting, cardio dance, Boot Camps, Tabata, War on Core and Aqua classes. If you're looking for variety at your resort, I can definitely bring that for you.
My passion is yoga! I teach vinyasa style yoga but various classes including; beginners, seniors, mixed level classes, pre-natal, restorative, Hot yoga, slow flow, iron yoga (this uses small handheld dumbbells), and the new PiYo.
I am so excited to share my knowledge, passion and love of fitness with everyone! I enjoy helping people feel good about themselves and seeing the positive results to their bodies and minds from my fitness classes. I love taking this challenge to the next level.
