Hi! Working with individuals as a fitness trainer is an extremely rewarding experience because of the positive impact you can see in people's lives! I believe that everyone would like to feel healthy and be fit, but sometimes there are obstacles and challenges that stop people short of reaching their goals. I enjoy working with people to find the motivating factors that will help them to develop a successful, consistent fitness component to their lives, incorporating elements of cardiorespiratory and strength training as well as flexibility. Understanding and using the different types of encouragement that work for different people is a great part of working in fitness. Have a great workout!
