I am a fitness professional with 17 years experience. I teach a variety of classes including Pilates, Water Aerobics/Jogging, Conditioning, Step, High/Low, Core, Pilates/Strength Combinations, Cardio/Weight Interval, Cycling, Beach Workouts, Circuit and Kickbox.
I am a competitive runner, ranked in my age group. I am an avid exercise nut! I enjoy cycling, walking, football, baseball, gymnastics, hiking, swimming. I love to cook, eat at great restaurants and play with my kids and dog!
