When it comes to teaching my students, I give them the motivation they need to get the most out of their class. The age group that attends my classes ranges from 20 something to 65+. They are all at different fitness levels and I always remind them to listen to what their body is telling them. If there is something that we are doing and it doesn't feel right to take a moment to back off and relax. My teaching style is more of a coaching approach. To encourage and to build confidence and strength. Not only am I there to give them a great workout, but to also have fun while doing it.
