I love helping the people in my classes to achieve their goals and push beyond their perceived limits. I make my classes fun, challenging, lively and above all else, safe. I listen to my participants and tailor the class to their wants and needs. Currently in my Monday 5:45a.m. class I run a combination of Spinning, weights, plyometrics, cardio drills and yoga. I have taken a Spinning specific Yoga course and apply the poses that will most help the clients as well as some from the Group Centergy class I teach.

I am flexible and knowledgeable in all areas of the gym and so can create a class with most equipment, or in the case of plyometrics, a cardio class with no equipment. I like to keep my classes fresh and interesting and I am always looking for new ways to train the body.

During the 2 years I spent working in sales at Fitworks Fitness Centers, part of my job was to design and monitor exercise programs for our clients. This was the part of the job I loved which led in part to my strong desire to study to become a trainer full time. I hope to start my own training business by the end of 2010 as this truly is my passion.
