Bobbi McAlonen

I have been in the fitness industry for over 25 years, I am a certified personal trainer with my own business training clients in their homes. I incorporate a lot of stretching, yoga and pilates moves into my training to help clients overcome muscle imbalances and strenthen the core. I like people to have fun while they are exercising, I find ways to keep them interested and motivated and to stay challenged at an appropriate fitness level for them.

Recently I am studying for my Yoga 500 hour in Psycology. My plan is to help my clients overcome fears, anxiety, depression and incorparate more positive thinking skills in their lives. I will be finished by December 2016!
