Angela Monger is a certified Group Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer with specialty certifications in Yoga(RYT200), Pilates(Lagree), Barre, Reformer, Cardio-Dance and Strength Training.She has always loved teaching a variety of group fitness classes and her focus is to challenge and motivate her students to do their very best. She believes that participants at every level should feel welcomed in her classes.She would love to help you achieve your fitness goals. In addition to her daily group exercise classes, she enjoys running, traveling, dancing, learning new languages, horseback riding, finding ways to live greener,and spending time with her daughter and 6 shelter rescue pets.
