I pride myself in my upbeat personality and ability to provide inspiration to those that I work with. I have a genuine interest for healthy living, nutrition and general peace of mind! I bring a unique perspective to the fitness world as I spent the majority of my childhood and early adulthood severely overweight. In college I discovered Pilates and healthy living, and have dedicated my spare time to motivating others to also adopt a healthier lifestyle through fitness.
