I just upgraded to the travel pro but it gives me the oops message when i attempt to book. Does it take a few days for the upgrade to go into effect? Or is there some other fine print I’m missing?

Your upgrade takes effect immediately. Depending upon which location, you could get the same or similar message if they are requesting a fitpro with a different specialty than you currently hold... If you think the sites behaving badly, send me a message through account messages or using the contact form with the specifics of which product you are attempting to add to your cart and I'll check it out.

Hi Tommy, I'd like to book my first trip but just not sure where ... I have a young daughter, 4.5 so don't want too long a flight and somewhere with amazing kids amenities would be amazing. Any suggestions from past feedback ? Appreciate your insight :)

I'd use the search tool on the Book A Trip page. Select the country that you feel is the right distance (club med sandpiper is on US location currently), and select 'family' type resort. The results you can sort based on reviews... I don't believe Fit Bodies really has any bad options and with user reviews as well as detail pages on each resort, you should be able to pick the perfect spot.

Hi-
I'm attempting to upload a profile pic but the pics are just going under the pictures tab and not as my profile pic. I'm doing this on my phone. Any advice?

Yep- you need to go to your MY PROFILE page and then to EDIT PROFILE. From there you can search for that image in your album to designate as your profile. You could also upload that profile image directly from there too.
