Constance Smith

My passion is helping others improve themselves!

With over 25 years of experience, my Group Fitness classes are diverse, fun, and range from restorative yoga to high-intensity interval training (HIIT). My class offerings include spin, step aerobics, bootcamp, body sculpting, yoga, Pilates, a ball class, kettlebells, and personal training. Additionally, my role as a Court Officer and member of the Special Response Team (SRT) has enhanced my teaching skills, allowing me to guide recruits through safe and efficient physical training. I hold a 200-hour yoga certification from Yoga Alliance, along with a specialty certification in chair and adaptive yoga.
