Suzelle Snowden
President & Founder of Fit Bodies, Inc. 

Suzelle’s fitness journey began in 1986, when she became an aerobics instructor, instructor trainer, and industry consultant while managing a privately owned aerobic studio. In 1992, she purchased the studio, transforming it into Fit Bodies Inc. Aerobic Studio and Instructor Training Center, where she produced and hosted the TV show Fit Bodies, featuring a variety of exercise classes.

Suzelle’s expertise extended into corporate fitness programs, including her work with Cinergy, Cincinnati’s Gas and Electric Company, where she set up programs, taught classes, and trained instructors. She also collaborated with the University of Cincinnati Bearcats basketball team, conducting seminars on exercise and nutrition. With certifications from ACE and AFAA, as well as 200RYT yoga certification, she has been practicing Ashtanga yoga since 1998.

In the early 1990s, while vacationing in Jamaica, Suzelle’s passion for fitness and high-quality programming led her to assist resort fitness teams. This initiative evolved into the Fit Bodies Inc. Teaching Vacation Program, which now places fitness and sports professionals at over 90 resorts across multiple countries. In addition to managing the business, Suzelle trains and certifies resort staff, helping elevate the quality of their programs.

Outside of work, Suzelle enjoys ultra trail running, spending time with her family, and caring for her dogs, Bonham and Bixler. She is also the Program Director for the Jeff Galloway Marathon Training Program, inspiring people to achieve their fitness goals.

Suzelle’s passion for the islands, fitness, and improving resort fitness programs has led to Fit Bodies Inc.’s success as the exclusive provider of fitness professionals for top resort chains worldwide. Her dedication to maintaining quality and mutual trust with resort partners ensures a superior experience for hotel staff, guests, and the guest instructors.
