I have been devoted to the practice of Classical Ashtanga Yoga since 1996. Teaching is my opportunity to share the love and passion I have for yoga. I teach private and group classes and my teaching style emphasizes the importance of proper technique, form and alignment. I design my classes to inspire students of all levels to continue with the worthy search for self knowledge and inner peace.
