I am an AFAA certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor at Performance Fitness in Solvang, CA. I also hold certifications in spinning through Johnny G Spinning and I have completed the Level 1 and Level 2 tainings through Yoga Fit. I teach a variety of group fitness formats including boot camp, strength training, and sculpting. My personal activities include running, weight training, kettle bells, and yoga. I am also pursuing a black belt in karate. My diverse training style draws from my educational background, practical sport conditioning, and personal fitness activities to create a well balanced program that includes strenghth, functional, and plyometric exercise.
