I have been teaching for 20 years. started at 40. mid life crisis and love every minute of it. Enjoy meeting new people and have many friends through teaching and I love to help people reach those targets.
Have taught at several different places as fit pro guest instructor and loving it .

My class consists of a Warm up , flowing movements, core stability work and quiet relaxation.
